Wellness Coaching

“Wellness is the complete integration of body, mind, and spirit – the realization that everything we do, think, feel, and believe has an effect on our state of well-being.”

– Greg Anderson, founder and chairman of the Cancer Recovery Foundation

As a Wellness Practitioner and more specifically an Integrative Coach I have a passion to help clients improve their overall well-being and insights by identifying goals and developing actionable steps to achieve them. I provide guidance, motivation, and accountability to help you create new sustainable lifestyle habits, rather than just offering quick fixes, employing a wide range of strategies both contemporary, evidence-based, and holistic. I can also act as an “accountability partner” … a mentor but not a director, with a direct no-nonsense yet nonjudgmental attitude.

My personal practice is informed by a blending of contemporary evidence-based practices and effective therapies with world wisdom traditions and spiritual-based wellness practices. I combine my training and experience within an integrated mind-body-spirit approach, emphasizing self-actualization, increasing insight and the transformation of consciousness.

My objective is to empower you with a set of tools you can use anywhere anytime to manage life stresses. My commitment to you is to provide a comfortable and safe space or “container” to help establish the trust where you will feel confident enough to do the “work” of exploring your own inner and outer world.

What is Integrative Coaching?

Integrative Coaching is a holistic coaching modality that utilizes spiritual as well as psychological principles to help individuals transcend ego-based limitations and achieve personal transformation. It emphasizes the connection between mind, body, and spirit, guiding clients toward a deeper sense of meaning, purpose, and interconnectedness.

What Does a Coaching Session Involve?

A coaching session is a private, confidential dialogue where I help you identify and overcome any barriers to living a full life by learning more about yourself, revealing any barriers that may be getting in your way, clarifying your goals, and together we will develop actionable solutions to help you move forward. The coaching session is generally an hour-long meeting, either virtual or in-person, where I work with you over time to develop the therapeutic alliance and the trust needed for you to delve deeply into your personal history, share your struggles, worries, and fears with me, and receive the support you need to thrive. A coaching session can delve into very personal areas of your life, and it this can result in emotional releases. Therefore a secure therapeutic alliance is very important for you to feel safe enough to go wherever you need to go. Studies demonstrate that a secure, non-judgmental environment enables clients to explore trauma, regulate their emotions, and take emotional risks; and that the quality of the bond between the coach and the client outweighs any specific techniques or modalities.
